I have been a customer of Paragon for many years. I have bought all NTFS for MAC versions since 10.
Recently I bought a lifetime upgrade assurance for NTFS for MAC.
After that I automatically installed version 15 on my MAC.
However both version 14 and 15 appear as activated on my GUID.
I want to know if I can use version 14 key on an older MAC I have.
If not I would like to buy an upgrade but none of the keys I have gives me the option to upgrade.
When I go to the main site and press the upgrade button I am redirected to my account where the only upgrades are the value packs in which I am not interested.
I sent an email to support and got an automated response that they can't answer me at this time. A similar DM on the twitter account was not answered also.
Should I worry from the silence?
